The Lobos Truck is a Los Angeles-based food truck that serves up delicious and unique American comfort food. Founded in 2012 by chef and entrepreneur Jasmine Wolf, the truck quickly became a popular spot for both locals and tourists. In 2018, the truck and its culinary ideas were transferred under new ownership, but the commitment to serving high-quality comfort food with a conscience remains the same.

The Lobos Truck's signature dish is the "Wachos", which are criss-cut waffle fries topped with nacho toppings. They also serve a variety of other comfort food favorites, such as gourmet burgers, mac and cheese, and chicken tenders.
